Heater recommendations - 500g system

Hi all, system is up and doing well.

Currently running 3 x 250w heaters and I lose a little heat during the overnight. Thinking of switching. What do you recommend/use?

On my 600gal display (96x48x30) / close to 1k total water volume I will be using 2x controllers and 4x 500w heaters...
