Any one ever seen one of these at a lfs? Im in kentucky with the daughters soccer team & as usual i hunted out all the local salt stores. Found one that is huge, size of ms & beldt's combined. Wow its nice proably 400 salt tanks, Worse than ms on pricing, no fish or corals have a price other than the sps tank. they have a white spotted tang, front half of the tang looks like a sailfin, back half looks like a marine beta if you have ever seen one. Not sure what they want for it. came back to the hotel to look it up & can't find one on any of the normal fish order sites, anyone seen one in a lfs before & have any idea as to price or survival rate in captivity?

jewel tang, gem tang, spotted tank, ich tang = $250-$350

They are supposedly pretty rare and hard to find. similar to a yewllow tang in needs (besides tank size) overall pretty hardy, and if you can keep it alive on the way home i would buy it! nice find!

Funny part was AAA said you have AAA+ so just go to a hertz rental store & the rental car is on us, Funny part was closest Hertz was in st louis i think. Thank goodness another team parent was behind us & stopped, so we got a ride back from them. How much was the tang never got a price?
