I found it too dense for my liking but I still have some of it in my tank. Over time I've removed much of it and replaced with individual pieces of rock I've bought with corals.

I've heard decent things about it...but it is pretty dense, as mybug says. Personally, I don't like the appearance of it as (from what I've seen) it's all pretty round and uniform in shape. It ends up looking like a pile of softballs or something in the tank.

I personally would go with http://www.reeferrocks.com/

I have 55 lbs mixed with live rock. Was very happy with the rock.

I bought two boxes of their premium almost two years ago, and the rock goes in both directions. Yes, I got the softball size pieces. But I also received some nice larger pieces. The softballs were the dense ones while the larger pieces were nice with lots of holes and crevices throughout. Depending upon the size of your tank it can either be perfect or a pain. In my 125 it loaded it full but was difficult to aquascape. In my 240 it is great as building supports in the rear as well as good coral placement pieces higher up.

I recommend reeferrocks because they'll take pics of the rocks for your approval before they send it out. They'll even take the time to pick specific pieces that you are requesting for a small (negligible) price and won't send it until you're satisfied. I got 155lbs and was extremely happy with the shapes (55+lbs pieces).
