How often do you do water changes?

Just wanted to get a feel on how often everyone does water changes. I'm doing 20% a week and am wondering if it is a bit overkill.

I'm of the opinion that as long as the changes don't exceed a certain percentage, weekly changes can never be overkill, especially with a nutrient-rich seahorse tank.

you can do up to a 100% wter change, and nothing will get hurt unless its newly mixed salt, and things were left out of the water too long ;)

anyways, I do 15% changes every other week.... and I need to get more salt mix, but that isn't going to happen for a while. SO.... MY NEW FILTER will have to do for now.
