So I tried my hand at DIY rock and all is going well until today when I found out that the portland cement I used is Portland Type 10F. From what I have found on the net the F stands for Fly Ash which comes from power generators.
Is the Type 10F still okay or do I need to restart?

"fly ash" is a very general term, but designates the "ash" content left after combustion. Large amounts of flyash come from coal fired power plants, steel mills and other other smelting processes. Flyash can have any nubmer of heavy metals and other byproducts in it. I honestly would not use it in my tank. Some of this stuff is hazardous waste, while other types of it are usedf for concrete, concrete additives and similar products.
