I am searching the threads and I see there are lots of choices for reactor media. Im looking for the types or brands of media most people are using and like. Is there a particular kind I should stay away from? Also, if this has been discussed and any one has book marked the thread could you link it in your response. Thanks for any responses.
I also see that there are a variety of sizes availble is there a particular size of media that is better than others?

Was using ARM and swithced to Korallith, so far I love it way better and worth the extra $$.

You want to also look at the PH each requires to work. One of the reasons I use ARM is it works at a higher PH.

Thanks Guys. Thats the kind of info Im looking for. I thought I read that Korallith was resposible for some phophate outbreaks. As, for pH the lower you need the meida to dissolve the more CO2 you need, right? As well as lowering the pH of the system.

Can someone tell me the difference between ARM and normal aragonite? It looks EXACTLY the same.

I thought ARM was aragonite.

Its' been said that you don't want to use normal aragonite because of phosphate levels, but ARM is phosphate free. I don't think anyone could tell them apart in a pepsi challenge. I'm starting to think Bravo Sierra.
