Avatar/GIF reduction help!

Anyone willing to help me out by recucing the size of a GIF for me so i can use it for an avatar on here. For some unknown reason i cant get it down in size! Let me know and i can email it to you or give you the URL to the website (that i built) so you can get it. Thanks in advance.

download the imageresizer toy.. after its installed and you reboot it will allow you to right click on any saved image and change its size and give you the option to save as a copy or overwrite the original. works great for me.

you are a bit over the max size of 8192 bytes linking it won't work. tried the microsoft resize and the animation goes away sorry wes gave it a try.

duh, .gif animation.. i should have realized.. sorry.. works great for static pics though...

Well im in FL right now and will be home late Mon or Tues. I have 2 more at home and i will see if the store has anymore when i get a chance. If they dont you are welcome to the 2 that i got left. Got to get down that way sometime soon and find my wife a Hepatus Tang before she drives me crazy!
