collecting marine fish in Costa Rica

Would like to contact authorities in Costa Rica concerning necessary permits / licencse required to collect and export ( take with me on commercial airline )
Has anyone on this site done this???

Costa Rica is very Eco-friendly. You may have a problem collecting anything there.

I'd check locally first on what you can bring it...then check with Costa Rica.
