I read somewhere that little six legged starfish are bad. It said that they will eat sps corals. I cannot find that article now that I need it, but it told in there what will eat these. Does anyone know what will take care of these? I see them mostly on the glass in the margining and on the rocks before the light come on. These may be the culprit of some very small spots on a few of my corals. Either rate, I need them gone.
Thanks!

Bullet, sounds like asterina? A quick search will give you some pics for comparison.
If it is asterina, most say harmless, some swear they've observed them eating SPS.
You could always get a harlequin shrimp. Starfish are the only thing they eat.

Some asterinas are good, some are bad..The "good" ones look just like the bad ones so its hard to pin point..and DONT get a harlequin shrimp, they CANNOT survive only on asterinas..
Here's (http://www.wetwebmedia.com/asterinafaqs.htm) an article you might find useful..Hope it helps!

Perfect! Thanks guys. I did a search and found a lot of info on them. They have always been in my tank so I guess I cannot blame them for anything. I was kind of figuring that I would find something that eats them. I thought it would be cool to watch too :).
Here is another good article if there is anyone else following this thread:
