Flickering in 150W MH HQI

I'm recently moved and setting my tank back up, and I'm noticing that the MH bulb has a high frequency flicker in it.

The bulb is new but the ballast (ARO Electronic) is probably pushing two years old.

Any ideas as to what is causing the problem?

There are a few variables involved. Do you have another lamp to try in the fixture? What type of lamp is it?
