what is wrong with my frogspawn? he was doing great, and then for the past week or two it will not extend all the way. i have changed a few things, but he was like this before i changed them. I put 2x175mh in place of my 260 W pc, not that much of a change, i moved him, but just to check under a rock, and then moved him back. i did notice that it was splitting on multiple branches. do they retract during spliting? the calcium is between 400-450, ph 8.2, 0.5 phosphates, 11 dKh, amonia, nitrate and nitrites all read 0. any ideas fellas?

I would probably put the blame on the new lighting. Although the wattage isn't too much more, MH lighting is a lot more intense than PC.

Did you acclimate your tank to the new lighting? Do any other corals show signs of bleaching or irritation?

it seems good to me...give it time to adjust. Frogspawns like light flow.
