Yeah i use the 1 watt coralife one. It's pretty good and very bright i put it on the side of the tank and face it up into the reflectors and it light up the whole tank. And i've noticed all of my corals and growing faster like my mushrooms especialy

You think it helps growth? I have them on my light setup but haven't really used them.

I have them on my set up. I think the corals stay out longer, but I think its mainly a "for looks" kind of thing.

I don't think that the moonlight helps corals grow but thats my opinion.... I do think that it is really neat looking at night. I personally use it about 20 days a month. I try to emulate the moon and its cycle.

these rock! http://www.thelebos.com/ i dont think moonlights really have much effect on the tank other than looks. but i havent tried the lebos on a lunar cycle. they may help with spawning, if you get everything else right :D
