Has anyone had good experiances with these dentrinators for removing nitrates? What brands are good and do they work good?

Try doing a search. There was some good DIY ones. The one that I remembered involed 100' or more of coiled tubing... fill the center with bioballs or similar to hold bacteria. The idea is the bacteria fill the walls of the coiled tubing. By the time it gets halfway or so, there is no oxygen left in the water. Then you have 50' of tubing plus the bioballs for anaerobic bacteria for denitrifcation. It looked fairly simple... You do have to "cure" these ones though to get the bacteria going.

I just ordered a sulfer denitrator from midwestaquatics.com and it will be here tomorrow. Everything I've read about them has been good, so I'm going to give it a try.
