its a pink skunk, however I've seen a lot like this lately and I was told they are from a certain area. The one's I've seen only have the orange on their belly. they are nice

I have seen a couple pink skunks with "eyebrows" and I have seen many with yellow/orange on parts or all of their bodies. I have not seen both on the same fish before, but it was just a matter of time.
I would say that it is an unusual, but not unlikely pink skunk.

in fact I saw a brreding pair today that looked very similar to the one pictured.
