I have to drill a tank and sump for a buddy of mine and I was wondering if anyone has diamond holesaw bits for 1 1/2" and 1" bulkheads.

Thank you in advance...

Chris

I do.. At least I think I might be able to help. I have hole saws ranging in size from 42mm to 53mm. I'm not sure the exact size needed for the bulkheads. Let me know if they will work. I might be able to make a trip out to your area this weekend.

Rob,
how close to 42 and 60 (ish) do you have?

George, exactly a 42mm and biggest is 53mm (i'm 99% sure).

Chris, if you still need them, I should be around tomorrow and most of next week after 5.

the 42 will work for the 1" BH, what fitting have you used with the 53 mm?

I bought a 5 peice set. I wanted to drill holes for 1.25" tube, not for a fitting specificially. And since I wasn't sure if I wanted to put 1.25 or 1.5" tube through my euro-bracing for my closed loop I just got the full set. Something like 42, 44, 46, 48, 52mm.
