Electric Flame Scallop and Peppermint Shrimp Question

I was wondering if I were to buy 3 peppermint shrimp for my 40g, would they pick on my scallop? All help is appreciated. Thanks

They will be fine, but why did you buy a flame scallop? You know they are impossible to keep right?

Yeah, I didnt figure it out until after. I was so mad, but I got it for $15, not too bad. Well anyway, I ended up getting a britterstar instead of shrimp. Thanks for your help.

iv had a flame scallop in my sump for 4 months. leaves a mess with all those threads attached to rocks and glass tho. im about to trade him back to the store for something different

most i do for it is feed filterfeeding food to the tank. mainly to feed the feather dusters but the scallop seems to be hanging in


id like to see a 20 long with 100 electric scallops at night! think it would be a good light show? and with that many scallops. feeding heavy wouldnt have much of a problem if you used it as a sump right?
