Urgent Help !

I came home today and found my light out.
(ARC 250W/14K MH+IceCap Electronic Ballast).
I turned it off for couple of minutes and turned it back on...
the bulb is flickering but it wouldn't ignite and there's some noise coming from a ballast (the noise continues for few more seconds after I turn it off).
What could it be? the bulb or the ballast?
The bulb and the ballast are running 10hrs a day for last 6-7 months. Purchased brand new.

Please help me.

Try switching bulbs and see if the switched bulb works.
I am dealing with the same thing right now. Put in new bulbs last night. Tonight when I turned the ballasts on 1 bulb won't light.
