whats a good return pump with low noise?

hey everyone

i just got my new lee mar flat polished 180 set up and running 2 weekends ago

anyways its doing great and so are all of the fish and corals i transferred over from my 100

the one thing i have found a lil annoying is the sounds from my return pump

it hummmmmssssss

its a Pan World 100px-x

it actually has a lil more power than i need as well my sump doesnt flow as fast as it returns so i have it throttled down

anyways this thing hummms i guess its the magnetic fan that cools the thing off but still

is there anotehr pump that does about 900-1000gph thats external and less noisy please tell me

Try putting a neoprene mouse pad under the pump to absorb the vibrations.

its not even so much the vibration its the noise that the cooling fan makes it hums

i have a sequence Reeflo Dart which makes zero noise compared to this

its a humming made by the motor itself that a pad wont help
