I recently bought a cleaner wrasse. The blue streak one. It was cleaning my other fishes but now I think he got ich himself. My question is can cleaner wrasse get ich?

Sure. A hospital tank and hyposalinity would be a good approach to dealing with ich, IMO.

Might want to do a bit of research on the bluestreaked cleaner wrasse, Labroides dimidiatus. Due to the nature of their diet (obligate cleaner), they rarely ever find enough food from a typical fish population. Tend to do very poorly in the long term.

My cleaner wrasse is also eating the normal flakes that I feed the other fish. Its also eating the brine shrimp.

It might survive. Most seem to die even if taking standard fish food, I think. That might be a species that matures into a corallivore, but I don't try to keep all those species straight anymore.
