i find that running the fuge light when the main tank lights are off is the best.

I run the reverse cycle with mine also, this enables you to maintain your PH while your tanks light are off. It is also less stress on the creatures in the tank.

well that happens to be my main concern. my refugim is a hang on model and running them against the main lighting would be intrusive. so how many hours a day/should iI run them with the atinics
