growth from a broken montipora cap??

i was aquascaping when a pretty big chunk of live rock fell on my montipora cap....the cap was about 2 inches and a bout 3/4 inch was chipped off. will both frags live?? can i just glue the smaller frag to a piece of liverock and will it still grow? thanks

yes they will both be fine... now you have 2

If you put them side by side they *might* even grow back together.

or you can superglue them back together like a broken vase, usually heals in a week or two and you cant tell the difference.

This is what I do at the store when I make a mistake and break something I shouldn't have.
