Just wanted to let you folks know that I have recently received two orders from you (4 riedi seahorses, 2 banded pipefish, 2 Queen Conch, pair red stripped goby, gorgeous staghorn acro, 2 dragonface pipefish, white feeder shrimp, shaving brush algae) - only one was a DOA and the rest are doing great - excellent packing, fast shipping, fantastic product and terrific customer service - just wanted to say thanks and you now have a repeat customer.

As mentioned - your customer service was absolutely FLAWLESS - no problems at all getting the account credited - gave me the option of a credit or a refund - - not only did they take care of my loss - but the service responsiveness itself (never get answering machine, very polite/courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff and quick telephone and/or email responses) - was a pleasurable experience. Not to compare - but some of the other vendors are just impossible to get a hold of and once you do, they either give you a hard time or are obviously not aquatic specialists - not so with Live Aquaria - you guys are terrific and I just can't say enough about my positive experience doing business with you - highly recommended!!!

As opposed to starting a new thread, my experience with LA mirrors ChrisColts. I had a Sailfin Blenny DOA called customer service got a real live person on the second ring and had a new fish in 36 hours. This one however, made it just fine and is adapting to life here in RI quite nicely. I also ordered 7 dwarf red tip hermits at the same time, and one was MIA, his shell was there but he wasnt. That too was fixed in my original phonecall about the blenny. They even threw in an extra hermit. This was my first livestock purchase online and I'm pleased as punch. Thank you to everyone at DFS/LA.
