need help fast

have anyone used coralvue t5's i have a friend that can get me 4 54 watts retro kit but i dont know how they come out are they any good? they do come with individual parabolic reflectors

I use them, I run a mixture of the actinics and the 50/50 and the 10k's. I have the 8 light fixture and I can keep anything- clams, SPS is perfectly fine under them. They run alot cooloer than my halides that's for sure!
