I am working on designs for the new ID cards. Membership dues will be coming up in July, and I want a new ID card...
Here is what I have come up with so far:
Option 1:
http://fishman.smugmug.com/photos/63242614-L.jpg

or
Option 2:
http://fishman.smugmug.com/photos/63242612-L.jpg

I will be working on others...if anyone else wants to come up with something, please feel free to submit a design.

Option 1, most definitely.

Yeah. Option 1. Only can I get mine without the picture of the screaming bender on the right?

OK --

as for option one::

i like the blue color background...
i like the fish ...
i like the print ...
i like the name over the picture...

as for option two...

i like the way it says Membership Type: Charter Member...
i like the smaller scale type that the club website is in...
i think the red background clashes with Richards orange
jacket, the blue looks better... :)

so... i think a combo of both would be nice..... JMHO

I think this one is the best.

Though I think you're dressed a little too casually.

Please note that when the males responded (excluding Dave) a simple single line responce was all that seemed to be required. However, when one of our female club members responded it takes two paragraphs. Draw your own conclusions. As for Dave; I have no explination. His pathology exceeds my training.

You want it too much but as I made Richards dream come true, I might as well do the same for you.

That a person in your position would say such a sexist thing is... kewl.

Dave may need to be careful. Someone might go "Super Spy" and get some candid pics.

just dave

That would make it more entertaining.

Public humiliation, debasement, whimpering pleas ,acquiensce, subjugation,...etc.

Sounds like a night at the Shumaker estate or Lisa's last date.:eek1:

Game on.

now where did I put my dictionary..............
oh yeah, in debasement.

so i'm not the only one that had to look some of those up....

Hmmm... all those particular words that roll so easy for Dave and others are looking them up. And, no ... it's not because anyone else is dictionary impaired. Well except Acro-wrasse who keeps his in debasement (cute).

Since we're getting so many Daves, maybe we need to just start calling this one "Deve" for "deviant". I think it fits.

Assalamu Alaikum.

I'm fine with that. To me, that would be a form of aggrandizement.

crpeck
04/19/2006, 07:20 AM
Yes, of course you would think that .... it's part of the affliction.

Many times that word has "self" in front of it.

just dave
04/19/2006, 08:23 AM
Selflessness
Selfmade
Selfreliance
Selfrespect
Selfsufficent
Selftaught

crpeck
04/19/2006, 08:38 AM
My point, exactly! Good of you to say such nice things about yourself. A perfect example of self aggrandizement. ;)

You can be all those things, (which I will give you credit for being .... well .... not sure about the selflessness one), and still be deviant.

just dave
04/19/2006, 02:34 PM
I didn't say those were attributes of mine. You, however, just did.

Thanks.

You are a competent aggrandizer.

crpeck
04/19/2006, 04:04 PM
That will teach me to even try to be nice to you, Deve.

Did you mean those words for me, then? If so, then we've been mutually aggrandized.

Do we need to start a new thread to talk about the ID cards? This one has gone way off track.

Guess its time to put away the nickel word book and be nice.

I'm always nice.

My antics are always good natured.
