Rio for my CPR back pack died...
i have a new unopened maxijet 1200...would this work for my CPR? has anyone tried this or heard of trying this? I would have searched but due to being poor and not being a premium member i am denied that privelage.

You need the venturi adaptor for the MJ, then yes, it'll work.

its jsut where the hose allows air in right?

actually i have been messing with the darn thing and i dont think i have what i need

i think i may just save the powerhead for something else and grab a stupid rio unless you guys think something else.

You have to buy one of these http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=MJ-VENT&Category_Code=Maxijet

to stick on the intake of the pump. Other than that it should work better thatn the rio.
