What Iron Supplement??

What is the best iron supplement to use? Randy indicates only one brand in his article made by kent that has maganese in it as well. Any others I should try instead?

Im considering starting to dose some iron to help my macro out compete my micro algae. My macro has never really grown very well so perhaps this is one reason.
