T5 lighting - What are the limitations/ambitions?

1double x 11,000 + Actinic Blue

I don't know the wattage off hand for the bulbs in question. Does the fixture have a reflector with each bulb? What size tank are you lighting?

Are you getting at the pros/cons of T5 lighting, or are you asking what could that lighting setup handle?
