30 Gallon cube return pump...

Its time to buy a pump for my oceanic cube. I need it to be quiet and reliable. Should I go with a Queit one 1200, Mag 2 or a Eheim 1250? A Pan World 30 external pump is a second option...what do you guys think?

I have a QO 4000 that I bought used. It is going to have a head loss of about 4 feet from the sump so I am thinking it might not be too much overkill. I also bought a used velocity t4 pump for $50, too good of an offer to pass up, that I am going to run on a CLS. If you are looking for quietness my understanding is you can't go wrong with an Ehiem. I ended up runnng the pan world 30-px. The pump has been running for the last year with no problems.
