Looks like a bristle worm, can you get a shot from underneath, or a closer shot of the top?

I already put him back in my refugium so I can't take any other pictures. all along the bottom of his body looks like little legs. He is about 1/2" long. I found him in my overflow pre filter sponge. If it is a bristle is it ok to keep?

Yea, they will keep the sandbed clean. Just watch out not the touch one and if you do, then you sure will know you touched one. ;)

I heard bristle worms are bad for the tank because they do have those "thorns" and will stick anemonies and bubble corals. I have one that is huge - lives in the holes of rock. How can I get rid of him. We tried the shrimp on a stick to coach him out, but as soon as he hears us, he slips back in the rock. I tried using a turkey baster to suck him out, but he won't suck up the hole. Any suggestions anyone?

Is the rock where it would be easy to take out? You could take the rock out and run water in the whole. It will come out then.
