Where is this stuuf coming from?

Ok, tank has been up for 2 weeks. The filter, most of the gravel, and 75lbs. of live rock was transfered from an older tank.
There appeared to be a small cycle last week.
Nitrates are dropping...there less than 5mg/L
Phosphates appear to be 0, but my test kit for those might be old, so it might not be an accurate read.
I can't figure out if this is brown or red and where the algae bloom is coming from. Any ideas?

For a tank as young as yours, various algae blooms come and go as part of the normal "cycling" of the tank. It's difficult to tell from the lighting, but it appears to me that you have some areas of diatoms (brown) and cyanobacteria (red). As long as you have good flow, good aeration and are using RO/DI water to make up your salt mix for your water changes, these little blooms will clear up on their own.
