Hey everyone,
I got home today to notice my reactor ph was 6.3 and dropping. I checked my ph controller and it is set to maintain reactor ph between 6.8 to 6.9. I noticed I was still getting a bubble count and the solenoid light was off indicating the solenoid was closed which should shut down CO2 delivery. I used to hear it click as it turned on and off now I hear nothing and the CO2 continues to flow.
Is there a adjustment for a solenoid? I see a screw on the side of the solenoid and a large screw on the bottom. Are these used for adjustment or do I just need a new solenoid? Finally can I pick one up at a welding shop or will I have to order it from local fish store?
