TopFin Tanks

I stopped by the local Petsmart and saw that they're selling a brand of tanks by the name of TopFin. Anyone have any experience with these tanks?

If I'm not mistaken, TopFin is manufactured by Perfecto, simply under a different name.

I have a 29 gallon topfin that I use for my freshwater tank, so far so good.

I bought it as part of a starter kit, it came with the tank, hood, light, filter and heater (all for 109, not too shabby :) ) I ended up upgrading the heater cause I wanted a better heater in the tank (I still use the one it came with for heating water for water changes) and I upgraded the filter because i wanted a biowheel, but truth be told it didn't seem like bad equipment...

I've had good and bad with my 46 gallon topfoin bowfront. I had a water change/ heater error that led to the tank cracking. I had the tank for a little less a year when this happened. I called Petsmart about this and they had me bring the tank in and gave me a new one. Other than that incident of my own doing which Petsmart fixed, my tank has been great.

I picked up a 55g tank there for under $100. I currently use it as my sump. No problems so far after 18mos.
