This may be really silly question but if you have a pump that does 2000 gph and the mega flow kits for AGAs only can do 600 gph each.....aren't we wasting possible flow? Am I missing something here?

if you have a 2000gph pump, you probably shouldn't use it as a return pump on an AGA RR tank.

Or use the 2000gph pump and tee it off to an additional item such as a chiller, another reactor or even back to the sump. I plan to run a PCX-55 for my chiller and then another pump (like a Sequence Dart or similar) for my return, my chiller, a PhosBanReactor, a calcium reactor feed and possibly a water change outlet. Two external pumps and that's all she wrote!!

Wasting flow AND electric
I'm downsizing & saving about 180w 24x7 on my return pump
Adding another Tunze instead

I used dual 1.5 dursos in each megaflow, .....yes they will fit very tightly. but man do they handle some flow!!! I brought my returns over the back. I bet using all the bulkheads both 1 inches and both 3/4 inches as drains it will handle 2000 gal per hour easy. I am pushing 1500 through mine now very easily.
