Could it have some frogspawn mixed in?

A few of the "arms" seems to look more like frogspawn than hammer

:) they are completely different species. those are just new tentacles forming.

Yea I knew they were diff species but you never know what people might attempt to "create" in this hobby ... after thinkin about it last night I thought it might be new arms forming, but wasnt sure ... guess I was right :)

There have been some hybrids coming in to the hobby lately, I have seen a few other pics of hammers that have what look to be frogspawn tentacles in the midst of the normal hammer.

Well whatever it is, it seems to LOVE the tank. In that last pic I posted you could see some open space of the hole that its in ... tonite the hole is FILLED

They are actually not a hybrid, but a different species of euphyllia, as I have been told. Glad to hear is is looking good. :)
