My LFS has 4 or 5 of these for sale. I googled them but didn't come up with much info besides that they live on some urchins.

Anyone know what they eat and are safe for a reef aquarium?

They are not a cryptic crab and sit right out in the open on the rocks in the LFS tank.

Never seen one of these before but I think it is a swimmer rather than rock dweller (last pair of feet are flat), ususally a sign of predatory crab like the blue crabs.

Its a predatory crab that removes the spines of the urchin to make a living area it eats the urchins tissue and will live in tube anemones and sea apples.

My lfs just got 4 and didnt know any thing about them so i looked up the info for them.
