Hey everyone,

I am looking for a new 60 gallon Perfecto Sedona aquarium set up.

I found a store, in Indiana :mad2: , that says they have a distributor that has them at 45% off his costs.

The perfecto 60 gallon tank, sedona stand, sedona canopy, glass top, and strip light for $299! But hes in Indiana!

Anyone in Wisconsin able to get that deal?

I really would like to get this set up, if anyone knows anyone who can help - please let me know!

Thanks as always!

have you tried aquatic world?

they do sell perfecto stuff, as well as aga, and great lakes brand too

Yes, they, of course, were no help.

Ever since it was sold, the prices have gone up and they aren't very helpful.

Whats so great about a 60gal Perfecto tank?
I have a 56gal Perfecto. The only reason I bought the Perfecto was they had a size that AGA didn't make. I think My AGA tanks are better.

Also if your going to have a reef tank. You are going to need better lighting. Won't need the glass top.

Exactly, Perfecto makes the 60 gallon tank, all-glass doesn't.

like prugs said , why pay for the glass top and a strip light that wouldnt be of much good on a reef?

i do agree that aquatic world's prices have gone up, but that is to be blames on AGA's price hike a while back.

not like i would go to aquatic world for livestock though:lol:

Not a perfecto, but great lakes aquarium makes a 70gal 48x 12x ? high. Marienland carries them on the north side of Milwaukee. Phone 414-527-2511

that tank would need to be ~28" tall to get 70g.

L x W x H divided by 230 + your gallonage

AGA make a 65

http://www.all-glass.com/products/aquariums/index.html

65 Gallon 36x18x24

(I'll agree, it's a great size for a tank)

since All-Glass is a local company, and most stores only carry them
Your choices will be All-Glass or drive

Hey thanks for the info everyone.

I dont want to make this a Aquatic World bashing thread, but they have gone to crap ever since it was sold.

I called there and asked them to price match this set-up and was told that they couldn't because it was under their cost.

I called the store in Indiana and told them this and the owner said that was no way true.

I called Aquatic World again and asked to speak to the owner, and she again told me that it was under their cost. When I told her that the owner of the store in Indiana said there is no way that could be true, she mumbled and then the story changed to she wouldn't be making a lot of money on it.

It's one thing to offer a lowest price in the Midwest guarantee to get people into your store, but then to not honor it and lie, that says a TON about a business.

BTW, the reason I like the Perfecto 60 gallon set up is that its feet long and only 12 inches wide, and has an extra 3" of viewing. The Perfecto Sedona stand and matching canopy are very good looking for the price.

I thing the hard part here is that of the 4 largest wholesalers in the afea none of them handle sedra stands and canopies. The one distributor that handles perfecto only stocks the tanks that not equivelent to all glass and there strip lights.
