Ok i made an order with you guys and it is not in yet and it is a day late( it was supposed to be in within 7 days). Yesterday i talked to one of the live help people and they said that i get free shiping since it was late. Now i was talking to someone to ask what everything final equaled and she said i have no free shiping. This is getting very anoying since all your live help people say different things. I asked one person if a light i wanted hanged they said no i asked another person they said yes. This is very very anoying can someone tell me about my order and if i got free shiping or not.
