I just wanted some opinions on weather I could use a phosban reactor as a 2nd effluent chamber for my calcium reactor. I know there a tad small and may leak even, but if it might help raise the ph at all It would be worth it for me. Has anyone done this?

Like you said, its a bit small, but it wouldn't hurt anything. Don't know if it would raise the effluent ph any though.

have you thought of using a "canister filter" like the kind we use for the ro/di setups, i know you can get them cheap from home depot or lowes, im not sure if it can be plumbed the way you would want it, but its a thought.

if you try it, and it does work, let me know, id like to change my second chamber, but dont have time right now to experiment with it, so im just leaving it for now.
