Prime Tower Chillers???? 1/3 hp

I need a chiller for my 180 with 4x250w Halides, 4x39wT5s and and Iwaki 100 rlt it runs at 86.7F would a 1/3 horsepower be enough for this monster.
Can some1 also give me a review on the Prime Tower chillers 1/3 hp
