View Full Version : zooanthid spawning...help!!!

i just started a 24g jbj nc and just yesterday i picked up some frogspawn with 3branches, later that night i checked on the tank and found many pink eggs floating around the tank and figured something was spawning and i figured it was my green polyps since they had something sticky on a few of them. i just wanted to get an opinion as to how i should handle the situation. is it ok in my tank??? anything will help since imma newbie.... thank you

OK SO IM AN IDIOT..!!! REMOVED THE ZOAS NOW AND CURRENTLY DIPPING THEM FOR THE NUDIS....

WHILE THEY WERE IN MY TANK I SAW LOTS OF PINKISH LOOKING DOTS ALL OVER THE PLACE, SO WHEN I LOOKED UP THE INFO ON ZOAS AND THREADS ABOUT THEM, THE NUDI EGGS SEEMED TO BE THE MOST REASONABLE CAUSE, HOWEVER I AM A NEWBIE BUT I JUST DECIDED TO DIP THEM AND KEPT IT IN A QT TANK TO BE SURE.... ANY IDEAS?
