Will the new software have the capabilities of being accessed through the internet and controlled through the internet?if it will how much longer until it comes out?and if i buy a RK2 right now will it have the PC serial port be the same as the temperature or will it have its own port?

The question was asked in previous threads about the cable. When the update becomes available it will work with all RK2 units sharing the temp. port.

Good question David,

Absolutely! Anything that is released for the RK2 will be supported by all RK2s. Unless there’s a new unit (like the RK1 vs RK2) that wont be an issue.
