im have to clean a 30g tank to use as my sump. its been sitting in a guys garage for a year or two, so its pretty dirty. what can i use to clean it? i heard somewhere that citric acid works good, but is there anything else?

I usually just use vinegar and rinse well with water.

Vinegar and water is the best just rince good and let the tank sit empty for a day or two.
