30 minutes after my halides go out. I fed frozen rotifers tonight and now have great polyp extension. My tort colony has extordinary polyp extension.

Agreed Oceanic is good salt but I switched to Tropic Marin Pro and love it. My corals have never looked so good.

Do you have an orp monitor? Reason I ask is because I and other have noticed very hard drops in orp when using TMPR for waterchanges....It drops so hard it takes a week just to come back up by then its time for a WC again .......dropping it once again.

I do a weekly maintenance routine every Sunday morning, including a 15% waterchange. Here are some pics after the halides are on and after the waterchange.
The pictures aren't very good because my skimmer is going nuts after I just changed carbon also.

I strongly believe in a weekly maintenance routine in cleaning glass , filters and blowing off the coral, live rock of detriouse matter, and a waterchange to keep a healthy reef.
I do have quite a few fish also.
