Hello to all!
I have been planning to purchase a Typhoon III 75 gpd RO/DI unit from www.airwaterice.com based on comments I've read in this forum. However, I probably only require about 15-20 gallons of water per week to handle the water changes and evaporation in my 55 gallon FOWLR. While I realize I can make larger batches of water and store them for later use, I was wondering if there is any downside to running the system infrequently (i.e. membrane fouling, microbiological fouling, etc). Anyone have any advice? Should I consider a unit with a lower capacity rating? Thanks !
