Hey,

I am kinda lost with how much phyto and rotifers we should be adding to our tank. Everything seems to be doing well, but doesn't seem to be growing. Tank includes:

1 pavona cactus
1 monti cap
1 green bubble coral
pink zoo's
1 devil's hand leather
4 different types of mushrooms
1 sun coral
1 tridacna maxima clam (baby)
1 tridacna crocea clam
1 pulsing xenia
1 purple ricordea yuma
1 lobophyllia

From what I understand the baby clams need to be fed about twice a week (some say more). The rest of the tank could get by with much less, I would say once a week or so. When I feed, I typically use 1-2 teaspoons and have a similar coral load. How much you feed definately depends on how much actually gets to the coral. In other words, you could minimize how much your feeding by target feeding most of the corals.

THANKS!! I will try that and see how it works. From the sounds of that we have been overfeeding the tank but ya I wonder how much of it has actually been getting to the corals and clams. Thanks again for your help.
