Mixing shrimps

Just a simple question - can I keep different kinds of shrimp together in a 24" tank?

Well, I'd caution you not to mix a Coral Banded Shrimp with any other shrimp. You can certainly mix any of the Cleaner Shrimp and you could add some Peppermints, but if you put a Coral Banded Shrimp in with them in a tank that size, most likely all you'd have left in a short time is the Coral Banded.

I adding a peppermint to my established 10gal so 18" which had my cleaner in it.
Well the little bastard hounded and chased that poor little peppermint tell he died. But i should say the cleaner is established in the tank and the pepermint was like 1/2 his size.

ya I had to remove my cb because he would harass my peppermint, and the peppermint is way more sociable. soooo yes you can mix just not with a cb in a small tank.
