overcharging?

i ordered a halide from aquatraders, i knwo its not the best quality fixtures, btu peopel in the CTARS have a few adn olve them, its a good price, adn im giving it a try, btu S&H is 53 bucks, is that alot for a halide???

I understand as a freshman in HS you are most likely on a limited budget so you got to go with what you can afford but be careful with the ballast. Place it on a metal surface if at all possible so if the ballast or capacitor shorts out the heat or sparks wont start a fire. Wood would be OK too just make sure there are no flammable objects (paper) near the ballast should it happent to fail which is not uncommon.

Just get a T5. I had a 175W MH from AquaTraders and didn't like it. I went with T5 after using it for 2 days and couldn't be happier. In fact I'll sell it to you at 50% off their price if you want! It's brand new!
