Alright guys help me out here. I have a 75gallon tank with a corner overflow. My problem is that the guy before me had bio balls filling the overflow to prevent the sound of water crashing to the bottom of it. I want to plumb a piece of pvc up close to the top of the overflow so the water doesn't have far to fall minimizing the noise. My problem is that I cant find a fitting (bulkhead) to mount in the bottom of the overflow where it's drilled that would allow me to plumb a piece of pvc off of it. The old bulkhead is just a flush mount piece and I cant anything at lowes that would seem to work for me. SO, where do I go to find this piece? Thanks in advance for the help.

Sometimes you have to go for aquarium specific products. Some online retailers stock a wide variety of bulkheads and plumbing parts.
Try marinedepot for example: http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_plumbing_parts__index.asp?CartId=

Good luck!

Your locah fish store should have bulkheads as well.
