I have these T5 lights http://www.reefgeek.com/products/categories/lighting/104068.html.
Over a 75 gallon tank. So far all I have are soft coral, some zoo's, shrooms, xenia, and ricordea. I figure I can probably keep LPS, but what do you think about SPS if i kept them high in the tank? The lights have individual reflectors.

There is a picture of a gorgeous SPS tank from a guy in Switzerland (I think) floating around somewhere, lit by just T5's. I would go with 4 more bulbs myself if I were you. (future wishlist). In the meantime, get yourself a cheap frag and try it out. Let me know how it works out. I still haven't bought the lights for a new 225 I'm trying to set up. I'd be interested.

Try something like a montipora if you want SPS. I've seen them do well under VHO. Your growth might be a little smaller than with halides, and coloration may or may not be very bright.
