Can canopy cover Aquactinics T5 HO 48" Fixture?

Hi there,

I am very interested in the Aquactinics T5 HO 48" Fixture. My question is if I am using the leg kit is it OK to build a canopy around this fixture?

I expect to provide ventilation holes the ends of the canopy and have an open back but would like to enclose it.

Wife likes the look of a finished tank rather than seeing the light system above it.

Thank you for your interest in Aquactinics. As long as there are vent holes at both ends of the canopy for the fixture you will have no heating problems at all.
